Terms of Use

1.Your account

Keep your login details safe; your account is personal and not for sharing. You must give us accurate details so we can deliver what you buy.

2.Purchases, subscriptions & cancellation

• The ebook is a once-off purchase delivered by a time-limited download link (30 days, 15 downloads). Save your copy safely; contact us if a link expires before you could.
• The Salon is a recurring subscription (monthly or annual) billed via PayFast until you cancel. Cancel anytime; you keep access to the end of the period you have paid for. The Full House first year includes both editions of the ebook and renews at the annual price.
• Prices are in South African Rand and may change for future purchases — never for a period you have already paid.

3.Refunds

Everything ImagineArts sells is digital and reaches you at once, so purchases are generally final. If something has genuinely gone wrong, we put it right.

• Charged twice or in error — we refund the duplicate or mistaken charge in full.
• A fault on our side — if a technical problem stops you downloading an ebook or using the Salon, and we cannot fix it, we refund that purchase.
• The ebooks (A Year with the Muses and 'n Jaar met die Muse) — once the download link has been used, an ebook cannot be returned.
• The Salon — you can cancel at any time by emailing support@flourishiq.co.za. You won’t be billed again, and you keep full access to the end of the month or year you have already paid for. We don’t refund part of a period already paid.
• The Full House — the two ebooks are yours to keep. If you cancel during the first year, that year is not refunded in part.
• Editions for festivals and institutions — copies not yet generated, or codes not yet redeemed, can be corrected or refunded. Copies already generated carry a recipient’s name and cannot be returned.
• How to ask — email support@flourishiq.co.za within 14 days of the charge, with your name, the email address you paid with, and what happened. Approved refunds go back through PayFast to the card that paid. The charge appears on your statement as FlourishTalk.

This does not affect your rights under South African consumer law.

4.Licence

Your ebook and course materials are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use. Please don't redistribute, resell or publicly post them. The quotations in our materials are public domain; our curation, verification, commentary, design and tools are © FlourishIQ / ImagineArts.

5.Your content

What you write inside the tools is yours. What you post in the community stays yours too — you grant us only the licence needed to display it to fellow members. House rules apply: kindness, no gatekeeping, no personal details of others.

6.A wellbeing service — not medical or clinical advice

ImagineArts offers evidence-based educational and wellbeing practices. It is not therapy, medical care or crisis support, and it is not a substitute for professional help. Where a practice touches grief or worry, our materials say so plainly — please let professional care lead where it needs to.

7.Disclaimers & liability

We provide the service with care but "as is"; to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under South African consumer law.

8.Governing law & changes

South African law governs these terms. We may update them; the date above reflects the current version. Questions: support@flourishiq.co.za.
